Penhaligon Newsletter
Dear Parents and Carers,
Firstly, thank you to all the parents who came with us on our trip to Trerice today, without
them, we would not have been able to go.
We were unable to do the workshop we had planned to do, however, the children had
a great day, trying on chain mail, playing with spinning tops, brass rubbing, trying on
Tudor clothes and making detailed drawings of the beautiful ceilings in the building.
I am not setting any homework over the holidays, but the children should continue with
their daily reading and record it in their Reading Records.
I hope you have a lovely break and we will see you back here on Tuesday 4th November.
Thank you.
Mrs Burns

Trip Refund
Dear Parents and Carers,
As you probably know, we were unable to do our workshop at Trerice today.
We will refund the £3 you have paid for this on Tuesday when we return to school.
Thank you.
